SPRINT REVOLUTION TEAM INFO:

Do you like swimming 25's? 50's? Join us for Super Short Swim Training & Racing!!

The Grown-Up Swim League takes you back to your youth with short swim meets lasting 2 hours or less, featuring sprint events and a happy hour afterward!

Team Practices:

We will offer 1-2 Sprint Revolution style practices a week starting a few weeks before the first Grown-up Swim League Meet in Orange County.

At Sprint Revolution we will use breakthrough techniques used by the top swimmers in the world to get faster in 25’s and 50’s using the following methods:

  • Pool Resistance Training: Get stronger and more power with the use of the Sprint Revolution Equipment items (socks, parachute, & resistance band)
  • Starts and Breakouts: Gotta start fast to go fast!
  • Turns, Underwater Travel, & Breakouts: If you want to be fast in the “Distance” sprint events (50 of each stroke, 100 Free or IM) you have to have fast turns.
  • High Stroke Rate vs Distance Per Stroke: Fast swimmers have the right balance of Stroke Rate and Distance Per Stroke. We will work on both!

Swimmers who join the practices will need to get the Sprint Revolution Team Gear Package: https://www.bretthawke.com/shop-2l5f9/p/sprint-rev...

This will include:

  • Equipment Bag
  • SR Team T-Shirt
